新的組成元素

對地域性的尋根，讓我們回到傳統。

雖然不同區域之間有別，但整體上必有一種整體的聯系和語言，區域之間并非孤立。因此，雖然作為行政區，但它的空間特征與內涵，從本質上，與現存傳統老村的空間特征是一致的。總圖的空間布局源自對當地傳統村落空間研究。即: 開放有別的院落（封閉的，半開放的，開放的），高低錯落的秩序，豐富而統一的變幻…

因此，通過對當地傳統村落分析研究，行政區內的不同功能建筑形成了一種延綿變化的整體，而不是各自成為一個獨立的建筑體。而這個延綿變化的整體與公共景觀空間相輔相成。總圖設計實際是一個滿足新功能要求的新尺度的“村子”。

“往昔現在仍然被部分地體驗著”。

運用現代的設計方式，輕描淡寫。不知不覺中，營造出一個記憶的場所，一種情懷的氛圍。因此情懷，有的人也許隱約覺得它是“紅星紡織廠”，有的人也許覺得它是六七十年代的家和宿舍…文化性應滲透在整個城鎮空間里。

1. 建筑設計源于總圖設計理念。

2. 建筑設計中雖然有不同職能部門，但設計弱化差異性，弱化權威性，強調整體性。設計想強調: “這個房子像什么建筑?” 并不重要。重要的是: 這些房子在一起，如何形成一個具有強烈文化內涵的整體?

3. 光影在設計中非常重要。

4. 考慮周邊環境情況，運用當地重要的傳統建筑材料夯土和常見的混凝土。實現一種地域性的滲透。

New constituent elements

The search for regional roots brings us back to tradition.

Although there are differences between different regions, there must be an overall connection and language on the whole, and the regions are not isolated from each other. Therefore, although it is an administrative region, its spatial features and connotation are in essence consistent with the existing spatial features of traditional old villages. The spatial layout of the general map is derived from the study of local traditional village space. That is to say, there are other courtyards (closed, semi-open, open), high and low scattered order, abundant and unified changes...

Therefore, through the analysis and study of the local traditional villages, the different functional buildings in the district form a kind of continuous and changing whole, instead of becoming an independent building body. And this continuous change of the whole and public landscape space complement each other. The general drawing design is actually a new scale "village" which meets the new function requirement.

The past is still partially experienced.

Use modern design, understatement. Unconsciously, create a place of memory, a mood of the atmosphere. Therefore feelings, some people may vaguely feel it is the "red star textile factory," some people may feel it is the 1960s and 1970s home and dormitory... Culture should permeate the whole town space.

1. Architectural design originated from the general drawing design concept.

2. Although there are different functional departments in architectural design, the design weakens differences, weakens authority and emphasizes integrity. The design wanted to emphasize: "what is this house like?" It doesn't matter. What's important: how do these houses come together into a whole with strong cultural connotations?

3. Light and shadow are very important in design.

4. Consider the surrounding environment and use the local important traditional building materials rammed earth and common concrete. Achieve a regional infiltration.
